🕒 Processing Time
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and prepare your order before it ships.
🚚 Shipping Timeframes
United States
Orders ship via USPS or FedEx with estimated delivery in 7-10 business days.
International
Delivery typically takes 7-15 business days, depending on your location and the nearest fulfillment center.
⏳ Please note: Occasional delays may occur due to customs, weather, high order volume, or global events. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
🔍 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. You can also check your order status anytime on our [Track Your Order] page.
❌ Cancellations & Address Changes
Need to cancel or update your address?
Email us within 24 hours of placing your order at Support@NutrivoLabs.com with the subject line: "CANCEL MY ORDER" or "ADDRESS CHANGE".
Unfortunately, we can't make changes once the order has shipped.
🚪 Delivery Attempts
Most carriers will attempt delivery twice. If they’re unsuccessful, the package may be returned to us.
💥 Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, don’t worry—we’ve got you.
Email us at Support@phormacore.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
